Service improvements for care-A-van customers

Installation of new software may result in temporary service disruptions

Notice to care-A-van customers:

We are installing new booking and scheduling software that will allow you to book, cancel and confirm your own rides by using your telephone or computer anytime of the day including weekends and evenings. You will no longer have to wait in queue to speak with a care-A-van Coordinator, however, staff will still be available to assist you if required during regular business hours. These new service improvements will be available later this fall.

In early June, we will be making some technical changes to lay the foundation for these service enhancements. During this time, you may experience temporary service disruptions. If you receive a busy signal or are disconnected, please try your call again. We ask for your patience while we transition to this new technology.  

To ensure your booking is completed as quickly as possible, please have your care-A-van ID number and the address of your pick up and destination available.

We are excited to be able to offer these service improvements to our customers this fall. We will keep you updated as we move forward with the changes.
